We’ve introduced several enhancements to the Activity Log to give users more transparency, control, and flexibility when reviewing system activity.
With these updates, the Activity Log is now more insightful, searchable, and aligned with how users actually work day-to-day.
How to View
- Navigate to "Click to preview" on the right-hand-side.

What’s New in the Activity Log
Show Field Updates with Prior and Current Values
You can now toggle Show Differences to display changes made to fields over time.
Select View Fields to see all updated fields.
Toggle Show Differences on to view “From” and “To” values side by side.
Email Details
The Activity Log now displays additional information for email-related events:
Recipient
Subject
Email content
This makes it easier to track communication and confirm exactly what was sent.

Quickly find what you’re looking for by filtering the Activity Log:
Filter by date range
Filter by event type
Local Time Display
The Activity Log now adjusts automatically to your browser’s local time zone. UTC offset (e.g., UTC+2) is also shown for clarity.
(Reminder: UTC, or Coordinated Universal Time, is the international time standard used as the basis for all global time zones.)
