Accessing the GAN platform
To log in to the GAN platform, your company administrator must first create your user account.
If you are unable to log in:
Confirm with your compliance or system administrator that your account has been created.
Make sure you are using the correct login URL provided by your organization.
If using SSO, ensure your account has been provisioned in both your identity provider and GAN.
Important
The activation email is only sent if your account already exists in the system.
If you do not receive an activation email, your account may not yet be created.
If your account exists but you are not receiving emails, contact Support.
Single Sign On access: "User does not exist" (UnknownUserError or UserRegistrationError)

What it means
This error means GAN does not have a user account matching the email/username coming from your SSO provider.
Common causes
Your SSO email/username does not match the email on your GAN user profile.
Your GAN user account has not been created yet (not provisioned).
What to do
Confirm your GAN account exists (your company admin must create it first).

Confirm the email matches exactly:
The email in your Identity Provider (SSO) must match the email on your GAN user profile.
Retry login after your admin updates/creates your account.
