About your preferred language
The preferred language of your portal is chosen once you activate your account. However, this can be changed at any time through your account settings.
How to change your preferred language
- Click on your name on the top right of your portal, then click on Account Settings (
) - In the Profile tab, go to Preferences (
) - Click on the language next to Profile language, this will open a drop-down menu from which you will be able to change your preferred language for your portal.
NB: The languages that are available in the drop-down menu are the ones that were enabled for your portal.
- Once the changes have been done, click on SAVE
