If you have the Advanced Analytics package or the AI-Enabled Analytics package then you are able to build dashboards directly from the platform.
Once the initial discussions and migration are complete and you have been assigned the correct role, you will see a new option in reporting called Analyses.
This shows current analyses and enables you to create new ones. Analyses are the first step in building new dashboards.
To edit an analysis, simply select the analysis and it will be opened up in the analysis editor. To create a new analysis, simply select the New analysis option. When you create a new analysis, you will be prompted to choose the dataset to use for the analysis.
Analysis Editor
In the analyses editor, you can edit existing visuals or add new ones. If you have the AI-Enabled Analytics package then you can also build visuals using natural language queries to make this process even easier.
You can edit the analysis name at the top and there are many options for building new visuals as well as filtering of data.

Publishing Dashboards
To make an analysis available for people to view and interact with it, you will need to publish it as a dashboard. When you are happy with the analysis, press the Publish button in the top right.
From here, you can either publish as a new dashboard or replace an existing one. The dashboard needs a name and optionally, a description.
If you have the AI-Enabled Analytics package then you will also see three additional options
Executive Summary: This enables the Summarize option on a dashboard, which is used to generate an executive summary of the data.
Data Q&A: This enables the Q&A option on a dashboard and enables viewers of the dashboard to ask questions using natural language, which are interpreted by AI and answered based on the underlying data in dataset that the analysis is pointed at.
Stories: This enables this dashboard to be used by the AI stories feature, which enables AI-driven commentary to be generated around visuals and for these data stories to be shared.
When you click the Publish dashboard option the dashboard will be created/updated and available in the Dashboards area in Analytics Reports.
You can share any dashboard that you create with other people within your organization as long as they are configured as a report viewer and have an assigned report viewer license. To do this, click on the share icon () in the top right.
This opens the Share dashboard screen, where you can select which users have access to the dashboard.
To share with specific users, simply enter their email address in the Invite uses and groups to dashboard section. If the user appears then click Add → Viewer.
Once a dashboard is shared with a user, they will be able to see it in the Dashboards area in Analytics Reports.
