In order to share dashboards with users, they need to be licensed to view reports within the GAN platform. There are 3 levels of license available:
Reader: This is a Viewer license and enables users to view published dashboards that are shared with them and if you have the AI-Enabled Analytics package they can also use the natural language Q&A features.
Author: This is a Creator licence and enables the user to create analyses manually and publish / share dasboards.
Author_pro: This is an AI Creator license and enables the user the same as a Creator license, with the additional ability to generate visualizations by describing what they want in natural language.
To assign a license to a user, simply search for the user, select the license type and click on the Invite Users button.
To remove a license, simply click on the red trash can icon to the left of the user and their license will be revoked. You are able to see the last time they interacted with the reports in the Last seen date column to help you decide who to remove licenses from.
