GAN Integrity is excited to introduce Self-Service Unified Campaigns, a powerful update that enables compliance teams to create and manage campaigns with multiple task types—policies, training, and Conflicts of Interest (COI) attestations—all within a single campaign flow.

We also have a related enhancement: Self-Service Disclosure Task Creation. Together, these updates give compliance teams full control over campaign setup, task creation, and employee outreach, with no support tickets required.

  • Configure welcome and reminder emails directly within the campaign setup—no need for backend intervention.

 

Employee Campaigns Overview

  • Employees can view all assigned compliance tasks in one place.

  • Disclosure tasks remain locked until prerequisite tasks (e.g., policy review, training completion) are finished, ensuring informed disclosures.

 

Simplified Campaign Tasks

  • Single Task Mode: For quick attestations or single disclosures.

  • Subtasks Mode: For multiple disclosures needing updates.

 

NEW: Self-Service Disclosure Task Creation

Released: August 2025

Compliance managers can now independently create Disclosure-related tasks. 

Highlights:

  • Direct Task Creation:

    • Go to Tasks > Disclosures tab within a campaign.

    • Select your entity type, enter a title, and toggle "Update existing submissions" if needed.

    • Save and launch—fully self-service.

     

Who Can Use This?

  • Anyone with permissions to access the Campaign Manager.

  • Available to all customers using Annual Conflicts of Interest campaigns.

 

How It Works

For Unified Campaign Creation:

  1. Create a campaign (no type selection needed).

  2. Add task types: Policies, Trainings, COI Disclosures.

  3. Configure self-service emails (welcome + reminders).

  4. Publish campaign → employees will see it in their Campaigns Overview.

    1. Welcome emails are generated automatically at ~200 entities per 20 minutes.

    2. Task statuses update in real-time as employees progress.

For Disclosure Task Creation:

  1. Create or edit a campaign.

  2. Go to Tasks > Disclosures tab.

  3. Select entity type.

  4. Enter an internal task title.

  5. Toggle “Update existing submissions” if applicable.

  6. Save and launch!

 

FAQ

Unified Campaigns

Q: Can I mix policies, training, and disclosures in the same campaign?
A: Yes! Unified Campaigns let you combine multiple task types into one streamlined campaign.

Q: What’s changed with email notifications?
A: You can now configure welcome and reminder emails directly in the campaign setup without needing backend support.

Q: Can I update my existing campaigns to this model?
A: Yes, though Disclosure-only campaigns require recreating the campaign from scratch. For Policy & Training campaigns, you can add Disclosure tasks upon unpublishing or duplicating.

Q: Do I need to take any action to enable this?
A: During the rollout (August–September 2025), contact your CSM for activation. After rollout, it will be enabled by default.

Q: Why is this important for customers?
A: Unified Campaigns reduce employee confusion, streamline compliance management, and cut down setup time, helping compliance teams run more cohesive and engaging programs.

Q: What is Self-Service Disclosure Task Creation?
It allows compliance managers to launch Disclosure (COI) tasks directly in the campaign UI—no ticket needed.

Q: How do I create a Disclosure task?
In your campaign, go to Tasks > Disclosures tab and use the updated task form.

Q: Can I use this now?

  • New customers: Yes, available by default.

  • Existing customers: It's rolling out—check with your CSM if you don’t see it yet.

Q: What if employees already submitted a disclosure?
Use the toggle “Update existing submissions” to require updates from those users.
