Overview

We’ve introduced a new feature that allows employees to submit Incidents, Gifts, Donations, or Conflict Disclosures directly from their campaign task list immediately after completing their required compliance activities.

This creates a seamless transition from learning to action, helping reinforce key policies and encouraging meaningful engagement with compliance programs. Thus, your compliance program will not just be more effective but also more impactful.

Why It Matters

Compliance is more than just completing a checklist; it influences behavior and enables ethical decision-making.

By giving employees a clear next step (such as submitting a gift request or reporting an incident) right after completing a campaign, your organization can:

  • Encourage timely and relevant submissions
  • Reinforce policy intent with action
  • Strengthen your culture of compliance and accountability

How It Works

After employees complete all tasks of a campaign, a prompt submissions banner will appear in their task overview, prompting them to take a follow-up action, such as submitting a gift request, incident report, or donation disclosure.

Real-World Example

A company requires employees to complete annual compliance training before submitting a gift request. With this feature enabled, employees see a “Submit Gift Request” button once they finish the training, which takes them directly to the Gifts & Hospitality application.

This minimizes friction and supports faster, more relevant compliance submissions.
