Revamped campaign creation experience

Say hello to a brand new campaign creation experience! We’ve given the creation page a modern makeover, complete with clear instructions for each field to guide you through the process.

The creation form enhancements also include the introduction of new fields such as campaign
type and deadline, the latter conveniently available as a dynamic email clip.

Once the campaign is created, users will be seamlessly transitioned to the campaign details page.

Campaign detail page enhancements

Easily navigate all campaign elements, including tasks, recipients, email notifications, and language(s) from the campaign details page.

Greater overview of campaign progress

You can deactivate campaigns by marking them as complete or archiving them. Archiving removes the campaign from the employee overview but keeps it visible in the compliance manager overview while marking a campaign as complete allows employees to see it still. Active campaigns visible to employees display the set deadline directly on the tile.

Track the status and progress of campaigns easily from your table. A revamped progress overview provides a comprehensive view of campaign status, accurately representing campaigns in active, draft, completed, or archived status. The redesigned overview table includes a new deadline column and campaign statuses, including archived campaigns, to identify priority areas quickly.

A more seamless report configuration

The configuration of the assignee report has been simplified by consolidating the setup process into a single area, providing a more seamless user experience. You can add an assignee report on the Campaign Details page by configuring its three main elements via the navigation drawer.

In three sequential steps, you will be able to:

  1. Add a report title and define its scope, including all targeted employees based on your chosen attributes.
  2. Customize the email to be sent to the target employee group or use a readily available platform email template.
  3. Enable the report using the enable/disable toggle.

You can create multiple reports for every campaign to target different recipients based on their unique attributes, such as local compliance managers vs business unit leaders. However, you can only create reports for campaigns that are in "active" status.

What's next?

Our team will continue improving the Campaigns application, allowing you to better manage your policies, e-learning, and other compliance content within the Integrity Platform. This will enable you to engage your employees in annual and ad-hoc compliance activities.

Better engagement always begins with awareness, which is why we’re expanding our campaign application to support the Integrity Platform disclosure suite. This allows our customers to proactively engage employees in periodic declaration processes.

With upcoming enhancements, you can manage all your campaigns—policy, training, and disclosure campaigns—directly from the Campaigns creation page. Stay tuned for more updates!
