Introduction

GANalytics is a reporting and analytics application that reflects data into chart visualizations for deep-dive analysis and dashboard reports empowering users to modify, customize, and export their reports for further analysis.

GANalytics is available on all of Conflicts of Interest, Gifts & Entertainment, Risk Management, Investigations, and any custom process deployed by our users. Today, we are thrilled to also share that GANalytics is available on the Policy Deployment platform.

The Policy Deployment Campaign dashboard configuration includes a brief analysis of all existing data points (campaign completion dates, employee completion rates, etc.) and the applicable set-up. Further filtering can be configured upon request, for example by custom employee attributes, such as location, department, division, manager, branch, or other.

Data & visualizations

Policy deployment campaign dashboards include five (5) pre-defined visualizations curated by GAN based on each customer instance’s respective data.

The visualizations include:

  1. Total employees assigned to campaign: displaying the total number of employees assigned to a specific policy and training campaign.
  2. Total employees completed campaign: displaying the total number of employees who’ve completed the selected policy and training campaign.
  3. Campaign Completion Rates infographic: representing the percentage of employees who’ve completed the policy and training campaign vs the percentage of those who haven’t.
  4. Average Campaign Completion Time (days): displaying the average number of days employees take to complete a deployed policy and training campaign giving users an overall average completion time.
  5. Campaign Completion Rates Infographic: displaying the percentage of employees who’ve completed the selected policy and training campaign over a certain amount of time.

Visualization Overview

1. Total employee assigned to campaign

The first visualization displays the total number of employees assigned to a specific policy and training campaign giving compliance managers a quick overview of how many employees in the company have been enrolled in a given campaign.

2. Total employees completed campaign

The second visualization displays the total number of employees who’ve completed the selected policy and training campaign allowing compliance managers to track progress and overall performance.

3. Campaign Completion Rates

The third visualization comes in the form of an infographic. When hovered over the visualization displays the percentage of employees who have completed vs that of employees who have not completed the selected policy and training campaign.

4. Average Campaign Completion Time (days)

The fourth visualization is an infographic representing the average time employees take to complete a deployed policy and training campaign. This allows compliance managers to evaluate the pace with which employees complete their policy signing and training programs. Note that the average days to completion can become skewed if the campaign is "recycling" policies or trainings from a previously completed campaign.

5. Campaign Completion Over Time

The fifth visualization comes in the form of a default bar chart infographic indicating the number of employees who have completed a given policy within a specific period of time starting from the launch date of the campaign.

a) Clicking the red bar in the visualization will trigger a pop-up displaying a table view including all employees who have not completed the selected campaign.

e) The user is able to change the font, the size, the color, and the background of the text. Users can underline or double underline the text or change its placement within a section.

Governance

The Dashboard can be accessed by relevant Compliance Manager level users who have access to the Campaign Manager application while employees who do not manage campaigns can also gain viewing rights upon request.

The visualization of the data is controlled by Governance, so data is solely made available to users assigned the roles that are in scope. These are inherited from the permissions previously configured for Policy Deployment. Data as well as the visualized charts can be exported to excel, csv, rtf (word processor format), and PDF, so it is encouraged that users treat exported data as per their corporate policies.

Branding

Customisation of the dashboard colours/brand can be done upon request to include each customer’s unique branding guidelines in addition to the system default colours.
