Accessing the GAN platform

The GAN platform is an online application and to be able to access it an account needs to be set up for you. 

The above means that someone in your company, most likely someone from the compliance team, needs to add your account to the system before you try to log in. 

We advise to get in touch with your compliance team, before trying to access the GAN portal.

NB: When following the First time login procedure, the activation email will be sent ONLY if you already have an account in the system. If you do not receive the activation email, please check with your compliance team if you have an account. 
If you have an account and you are still not receiving emails from the platform, please contact Support here.


Single Sign On access: "User does not exist" (UnknownUserError or UserRegistrationError)


The message "User does not exist", shown in the screenshot below, means that the GAN Compliance platform does not recognize the username used to log in.

The reason is one of the below:

  • The SSO username is different from the one registered in the GAN platform.
  • Your account has not been added to the GAN platform.





Please contact your Compliance Manager or the contact person in your company. If you do not know who this person is, do not hesitate to contact Support as they will be able to direct you to the relevant person.
