About changing your password
From your portal you are able to update your password at any point in time.
NB: If you cannot remember your password and wish to reset it, please read here.
How to change your password
- Click on your name on the top right of your portal, then click on Account Settings (
) - In the Login & Security tab
- In the Password (
) section type in your old password and your new one - Choose a password that follows the below criteria and repeat it a second time
Password requirements:
1 lowercase [a-z]
1 uppercase [A-Z]
1 number [0-9]
1 special character [!@#$%^&*]
8 characters long - Once the changes have been done, click on SAVE
