About scheduled campaign report(s)
The report section of the campaign details page allows you to set up scheduled emails containing the completion data reports for the specific campaign. Scheduled reports, if set up, are triggered automatically every Monday afternoon (CET time).
You will also be able to select the distribution list for the reports and scope the reports based on attributes. To know more about how attributes work, please read here.
Set up report(s)
NB: In order for the reports to be sent, you MUST create a report email template. To know more about how to add a report email template, please read here.

Select Campaign Manager from the sidebar and select the Draft (
) campaign
- From the campaign details page, go to the Reports section
- Click on Add your first report or on Add report (
)
You will be prompted with the Add report form, this form has two different tabs: General and Attributes, as shown below:
NB: Adding a scope using the Attributes tab is not mandatory, this should be done only if you want to send reports with different contents to different distribution lists. |
- On the General tab you will be asked to fill in the following information:
Label Description Report name Here you can type the name of the report. This will make it easier to identify reports, if and when you have multiple scheduled reports.
Enable report The field needs to be checked (
) in order to have the reports sent.
Include all employees When checking this box (
) the report will contain the completion data of all the employees enrolled in the campaign.
Include recipients Start typing the recipient's first name,last name or email address and click on the relevant account from the drop-down menu
More than one employee can be added to the list of recipients of the report. - On the Attributes tab you can limit the scope of the content of the reports that are sent to the distribution list adding criteria.
- If you want to do the above, click on + Add criteria
- You will then be will be asked to fill in the following information:
Label Description Criteria name Here you can type the name of the criteria you will use to scope the report. This makes it easier to identify reports when you have added multiple reports.
Attributes Click on + Add attribute, this will enable a drop down menu with all the attributes that have been added to your company. Select from this drop-down the attribute you want to use to scope the content of the report.
The attributes that are available in this drop-down menu are the ones that have already been added to the portal. To know more about how attributes work, please read here.
*Name of the attribute* Once you have added the attribute, a new section will be enable with the chosen attribute. From here you will be able to choose which value of the the attribute to include or exclude from the report.
Example: the attribute's name is Business Unit and the value to be included is Denmark (below you will see a screenshot of this example). By doing so this example of scheduled report will include the completion data ONLY for the recipients that have the Business Unit attribute equals Denmark.
- When the report set up is finished, click on SAVE
- Your Report will now show as a row in the Reports section
- You can send a test email by clicking Edit (
) on the newly added report, then on SEND TEST E-MAIL , then add the email address in the
Content of the scheduled report
The scheduled report email will not contain the report attached, but it contains a URL to download the report.
The scheduled report is an XLSX with two sheets: Campaign overview and Source data.
Campaign overview
This sheet will contain the following information:
- Campaign
- Report Date
- Campaign Start
- Scope
- Employees
- Employees in scope of this campaign
- Nr. of active employees in scope
- Nr. of pending employees in scope
- Percentage based on scope
- Based on total amount of campaign enrollments
- Tasks
- *Name of task(s)*
- Nr. of Completions
- % of employees completed
- % of active employees completed
- Total campaign completions

This row will show what the scope of the scheduled report is. This scope will be defined by the attributes chosen, if any, from the + Add attribute option. |
Employees |
This section shows the statistics of employees based on the scope of the report.

Employees in scope of this campaign | This row will show the total number of the employees in scope. The following statistics will be based on this number. |
Nr. of active employees in scope |
This row will show the number of the active accounts in scope. |
Nr. of pending employees in scope |
This row will show the number of the pending accounts in scope. To know more on how to activate an account, please read here. |
Percentage based on scope |
This column will show the percentage of completion based on the report's scope. |
Based on total amount of campaign enrollments |
This column will show the percentage of completion of the report's scope compared to the total amount campaign enrollments. |
Tasks |
This section refer to the completions divided per task(s). This section refer to the completions divided per task(s). |

This row will contain the name of the task(s) included in the campaign. |
Nr. of Completions |
This column will show the number of employees that have completed the task(s). |
% of employees completed |
This % compares to the number of employees recipient of the campaign and the number of these that have complete the task(s). |
% of active employees completed |
This % compares to the number active accounts and the number of active accounts that have completed the task(s). |
Total campaign completions |
This row will show the total number of accounts that have completed the task(s) within the defined scope. |
Source data
This sheet will contain the following information:
