Survey languages can be added both when a policy is in Draft (
) and when it is Active (

When you add a new language to a test a copy of your default language will be created. By doing this you will not be able to add new questions to your survey, the type of questions cannot be changed, and the amount of questions and answers cannot be changed. You will only be able to edit the text of the questions and of the answers. |
Add a new language to a draft Survey
- Select Survey Tool from the sidebar
- Click on a Draft () Survey
- In the Survey details page, go to the Survey languages section and click on
- This will open a drop-down menu with the languages that are available for your platform
NB: Read more about the available languages here. - Once you have selected the language you want to add, you will be prompted with the warning below:
- Click Continue
- You will see a new row in the Survey Languages section
- To change the questions and the answers (at this stage they are exactly the same as the default language survey), click on Edit (
) - This will open the Survey editor page, here you can change the questions and answers in the selected language
- When the edits are done, click on SAVE and on the back (
) to go back to the Survey details page - When all the needed languages have been added, click PUBLISH
Add a new language to a published Survey
- Select Survey Tool from the sidebar
- Click on an Active () Survey
- In the Survey details page, go to the Survey languages section and click on
- This will open a drop-down menu with the languages that are available for your platform
NB: Read more about the available languages here. - Once you have selected the language you want to add, you will be prompted with the warning below:
- Click Continue
- You will see a new row in the Survey Languages section
- To change the questions and the answers (at this stage they are exactly the same as the default language survey), click on Edit ()
- This will open the Survey editor page, here you can change the questions and answers in the selected language
- When the edits are done, click on SAVE and on back () to go back to the Survey details page
