About editing a Test
Both Draft () and Active () Tests can be edited, but once a language copy is added you cannot edit the layout of the test, please see NB box below.

When you add a new language to a test a copy of your default language will be created. By doing this you will not be able to add new questions to your test, the type of questions cannot be changed, the amount of questions and answers cannot be changed. You will only be able to edit the text of the questions and of the answers. Please be aware that if you change the content of an Active () test that is a task in a campaign, the employees that have already completed the previous version of the test will not see the latest update. Every time a change is made, a new language is added or removed (and the edits are saved), the version number counter will increase. For further information, please read the Test information topic here. |
