Welcome to your monthly product update!

Welcome Portal

The Integrity Platform now hosts a brand new Welcome Portal. The Welcome Portal will function as a gateway for users providing them with an overview of all available information and actions to be performed. The available data and actions on the Welcome Portal are subject to the same governance structure of the rest of the platform and will therefore only display actions and data accessible to the user based on their respective attributes; such as role, region, seniority etc.

The Welcome Portal can be configured to further ease navigation. With the Welcome Portal’s embedded start pages it is possible to configure short-cuts allowing users to easily get to desired areas of the platform in one click. This update applies to all GAN Integrity applications.

Aggregation

Honing in on compliance data is just as critical as getting a bird’s eye view of activity. We have therefore made it possible for all data related to any particular entity within your applications to roll up to an aggregate view. With the release of aggregation capabilities on the Integrity Platform, it is now possible to calculate the sums, averages, and count of entities. Aggregation will also allow you to set minimum and maximum thresholds of total sums and values. You can for instance roll up sums of gifts, total value of third-party contracts, calculate average risk levels, and more.

For example, assessing third-party risk can encompass evaluating a multitude of risk areas. If you are leveraging the Integrity Platform’s Third Party Risk Management solution to assess more than one third-party risk category, final risk scores resulting from each individual assessment can be aggregated to generate an overall average risk score for the given third party, truly giving you a comprehensive view of risk levels.

Dynamic aggregation can also be deployed as another form of condition to drive workflow automation. Aggregate results and/or the combination of which exceed pre-defined thresholds can be set to trigger particular workflow actions. For example, the platform could trigger an escalation when the aggregate value of all gifts submitted by an employee exceeds a pre-defined threshold. The exceeded threshold could equally trigger an investigation into the legitimacy of the gits.

Contact your Customer Success Manager and see how you can benefit from Dynamic Aggregation.

Global search bar

The ability to search your list view has just become easier with a global search bar now made visible by default on your list overview page. With the search bar now permanently displayed on the page the search icon has become obsolete and has therefore been removed from the interface.

Default view of Activity Log & Notes

All navigation drawers have been updated to show the platform’s Activity Log and Notes to ensure that you can easily see the history of activity and communications related to the entity you’re processing.

Split views for an enhanced user experience

Do you find yourself navigating between different platform pages to find the relevant information and history to complete a process such as closing an investigation, processing a disclosure, or onboarding a third party? Split Views has been introduced to solve just that. With the new Split Views capability you can juxtapose two views at once on one screen. Split Views allows users to easily reference information from one page and cross-check or populate another, such as reviewing the details of an investigation when completing the required form to close a case.

Improved employee search across the Integrity Platform

We have improved the search capabilities of the global search bar across the Integrity Platform. Users can now more easily search for specific employees by inputting relevant keywords into the search field. The results will render all first and last names, email addresses, and any other searchable data point that includes the inputted keyword.

For instance, by searching for an employee with the first and last name of Patricia Williams, you only need to input keywords such as "Pat", "Will", "patw" in the search bar to render search results that include Patricia Williams.
